Prior to next year, we've identified areas where we need more help with the behind-the-scenes workings of our nonprofit organization. Due to the retirement of two current Board Members, we are looking for volunteers to take on responsibilities of the Technology Coordinator and Secretary.
The Secretary prepares a monthly agenda, attends the monthly board meetings, and records the minutes along with other miscellaneous duties. We have a volunteer for this position but need a backup for the role as well as help with additional secretarial duties for the various committees.
The Technology Coordinator works with our contractor for online scheduling development, updates website as needed, and administers our Google Account (Email and Google Drive).

These positions don't need to be filled by a current volunteer so if you know anyone outside of the Bear Boating community who is qualified, please share this information with them.
